In this video you'll see four people communicating and fishing together in the town. This is from E3 and yes, Charles Martinet is playing (or at least talking)! If you don't know, Charles Martinet is the guy who does the voice of Mario, Luigi, etc.

This is a set of videos from the Official Nintendo Magazine (UK). Click "watch in high quality" to get a better idea of what the graphics will be like. I'm still not sure if you'll be able to notice, but the graphics are definitely better in this game compared to the previous Animal Crossing games.
IGN interviewed Katsuya Eguchi, creator of Animal Crossing, and you'll see that some more features are explained! He'll mention Wii to DS connectivity, WiiConnect24 features, the Auction House, and others.
