This is the most complete version of the old Carl Perkins song. Another, shorter version of this song would eventually surface on the Loose Ends album. This version was recorded during the final days of the Band Of Gypsies on the 23rd January 1970 under the stewardship of engineer Bob Hughes and 2nd engineer Dave Ragno. The band here is Billy Cox on bass and Buddy Miles on Drums

I've been learning this song for only about a week now, that's why it's raw. I'll re-do it sometime.
The solo's suck because they are improvised. I guess the first one isn't too bad though.

God this song is tough to play (especially the intro, that's why I kinda simplified it). This is probably the most difficult song I know, yet it's just a basic 1-4-5 blues. Hendrix makes it so difficult. I can't imagine the skill it takes to sing over this, as he did live.
I know I'm sloppy at parts, but I've worked HARD at this one.
